Engaging in upper and lower body strengthening exercises can significantly enhance and sustain function, making home therapy services, such as in-home rehabilitation and physical therapy at home, highly beneficial.

Targeted exercises utilizing the PWR! (Parkinson Wellness Recovery) approach can be effectively integrated into home therapy services, allowing individuals to benefit from in-home rehabilitation programs that emphasize physical therapy at home.
